Mr. Smith started with the Air Force in 2013 as a developmental GS-07 into HQ AFMC/A1M and was recently promoted to the AFLCMC/LG HR Chief.  Mr. Smith caught on fairly quickly and decided to set career goals for himself, place himself in certain positions to diversify his knowledgebase, and make himself competitive for a long-term career in the DoD.  He always had a passion for the Air Force and its mission, growing up as an Air Force brat at Eglin AFB FL. He has a passion for development and mentoring. Mr. Smith prides himself in achieving and meeting mission goals and objectives. He believes knowing who you are and your strengths you bring with you to each position are key factors to success.
