Lunch and Learn- What Leadership Shadow Do You Cast?

Please join us for a Lunch and Learn at the USO  on Wednesday, January 22nd at 1130-1230! Keith Tickle, AFMC/A1KQ will be presenting on "What Leadership Shadow Do You Cast?". Over time, organizations tend to take on the characteristics on their leaders. Therefore, if you want to shape any element of your culture, leaders need to model the desired behavior. To become effective leaders, we must become aware of our shadows and learn to have our actions match our message.
