Please save the date for the 56th Annual Greater Dayton Chapter IPMA-HR Awards Lunch where we will honor superior human resources professionals. This year's key note speaker is Mrs. Kathy L. Watern.
Mrs. Kathy L. Watern, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Executive Director, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The organization is the single center responsible for total life cycle management covering all aircraft, engines, munitions, and electronic systems. The center is responsible for more than 26,000 AFLCMC airmen, civilian, and contractor employees performing center missions from 77 locations.
Mrs. Watern began her career in private industry and entered federal civil service in 1984. She has served in a variety of financial management and acquisition assignments at Wright-Patterson AFB in the F-15, F-22 and Air Combat System Program Offices as well as the Acquisition Cost Division. Prior to moving to Headquarters Air Force, she worked as the Director, Cost and Economics Analysis Division, Financial Management and Comptroller Directorate, Aeronautical Systems Center. She was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2010.

Once initial registration is complete, go back to the event, click Register, then select New Registrant on the next screen. Populate the registrant's email address, then Next, and finally select their meal type. Following this payment options will appear to complete paying the registration immediately, or requesting an invoice to accomplish offline payment via cash or check.
While the Greater Dayton Chapter will make every effort to reserve tables by organization, please plan to arrive early to secure seats (10 seats/table.)
