Ms. Celina Calloway 

President 

Ms. Celina Calloway is currently a Human Resource Specialist for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center located at Wright Patterson AFB. Celina joined the civil service as a student intern in 2018 and still currently resides in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center in the Acquisition Office. Shortly after entering the civil service, Celina joined the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA that following year and has served the chapter in many different committee member positions.

Celina has a BS in Human Recourses Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Wright State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies, and playing word and card games.

Ms. Tara White is currently working as a Management Analyst in Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Workforce Development at Wright-Patterson AFB. Tara started her career with the Air Force in 2004 as an enlisted Air Traffic Controller. She crossed over as a federal civilian in 2011 and has been working in the Force Support Career Field since. Tara has held multiple positions to include Manpower Analyst, Human Resource Liaison, 88 Medical Group Human Resource Chief, and 88 Air Base Wing Human Resource Chief. Tara has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.

In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, including playing taxi driver for her children who are living their best lives. She enjoys shopping, photography, spending time at the pool, and bootcamp workouts.

Ms. Jennifer Pegg

Secretary 

Ms. Jennifer Pegg is a lead Human Resources Specialist working in Staffing (Recruitment and Placement) with Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Jennifer's career in civil service began in 2016 as a Pathways Student Intern as a Human Resources Assistant. Upon graduation from Wright State University with a MBA degree in 201, Jennifer was converted to Human Resources Specialist. She has been a active member of the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA-HR since 2020 and an IPMA-HR National Member since 2019. Jennifer is in the process of completing Air Command and Staff College Distance Learning program through Air University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their pets, volunteering through Wright State University Alumni Association and the Dayton Chamber of Commerce Dayton Generation program. 

Ms. Cathy Guerrant

Treasurer 

Ms. Cathy Guerrant has been a civilian since 2016 - currently as a Management Analyst for the AFLCMC Engineering Directorate at WPAFB and previously as an Employee Management Relations Specialist. Prior to this, she was the Human Resource Manager/Volunteer at Catholic Social Services for 15 years. Cathy has a Masers in Administration/Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Management, as well as certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) an SHRM-Certified Professional. Cathy has completed 21 units towards ACSC and recently participated in the Developing Team Leader Course.

Cathy enjoys volunteering in her spare time and has been awarded national Platinum Ambassador status every year since 2010 for her advocacy work with the Arthritis Foundation, where she has volunteered since 1999.

 Ms. Sarah Scinto

Membership Chair  

Ms. Sarah Scinto is currently a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Manpower and Personnel Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Before joining civil service she worked in corporate HR as a recruiter. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Marketing from Wright State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Trident University. Sarah has been an active member of IPMA and cannot wait to see where she ends up in this organization.

In her free time Sarah enjoys playing sand volleyball, taking her dog for a walk, doing home renovation projects and spending time with family and friends.

 Ms. Sarah Deslauriers

Marketing Chair  

Ms. Sarah Deslauriers is currently a Management Analyst for the Logistics Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She entered into civil service after years of working in corporate HR. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Findlay.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and serving the community through her church.
